PhishML Degradation
Resolved - An upstream feature flag service issue degraded model routing in collaboration-inference, causing PhishML evaluations to return 0/0/0 default errors. The third party deployed a fix, and a code update was deployed to production adding static fallback routing.
All services have recovered and are operating normally.
