On Feb 5th 2019 at 3:19 PM there was a brief outage where the KnowBe4 training site was unavailable. Service was fully restored by 3:35 PM. This was entirely a site availability issue, there was no integrity or security impact to customer data. The outage was caused due to an infrastructure change that was deployed prematurely to our production environment. Since that deployment we have put in additional verification checks to our deployment process.
