On Thursday, January 30, 2025, from approximately 12:41 p.m. to 1:58 p.m. (UTC), some customers experienced issues with loading policies for training campaigns.
These issues were caused by an update to our KSAT console framework. This update did not account for viewing PDF files and caused access errors for PDF policy training. To resolve this issue, we reverted the update and the KSAT console returned to normal performance by 1:58 p.m. (UTC).
To prevent this type of issue in the future, we have improved our workflows to include additional verifications for features related to policies when deploying similar updates.
No data loss occurred as a result of this issue.
