KSAT - Login Issues

On Friday, October 18, 2024, from approximately 6:30 p.m. until 7:05 p.m. (UTC), some users experienced login issues with the KSAT console.

This incident was caused by an error that occurred during an update to a backend KSAT environment. The error caused the update to unexpectedly affect all KSAT environments, leading to delays between the KSAT console and the backend service and to increased error rates when some users tried to log in.

Once the update was completed, the KSAT console returned to normal performance by 7:05 p.m. (UTC).

No data loss occurred as a result of this issue.
