On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from approximately 7:15 p.m. to 7:36 p.m. (UTC), some customers experienced errors when viewing inactive training campaigns and user provisioning details.
These issues were caused by an update to fix a filter bug. This filter update caused URL errors when displaying multiple results in the inactive campaigns subtab and the user provisioning details pages. To resolve this issue, we updated our code to accommodate multiple results again. Both features returned to normal performance by 7:36 p.m. (UTC).
To prevent this type of issue in the future, we have improved our testing workflows. We also enhanced our code to improve the loading of multiple pages for user provisioning details.
No data loss occurred as a result of this issue.
