On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from approximately 1:50 p.m. to 4:27 p.m. (UTC), some customers were unable to log in to the KnowBe4 partner console.
This issue was caused by an update to improve developer testing for the console. An unexpected database error occurred during the deployment process, which caused a code mismatch and access errors for the console. To resolve this issue, we reverted the update, and the KnowBe4 partner console returned to normal performance by 4:27 p.m. (UTC).
To prevent this type of issue in the future, we have improved our deployment workflows and have also added more deployment process verifications for future updates.
No data loss occurred as a result of this issue.
