On Wednesday, 7/19/2023, from approximately 7:53 p.m. until Thursday, 7/20/2023, at 5:00 p.m. (UTC), we temporarily disabled the Merge Users tool in the KMSAT console due to degraded performance.
No data loss occurred as a result of this issue.
Resolved
This incident has been resolved.
Monitoring
We've re-enabled the Merge Users tool and are monitoring the console to make sure no further issues occur.

We have temporarily disabled the Merge Users tool in the KMSAT console due to degraded performance. We’ll continue to post on our status page with any new information or updates.
