From 12:20 p.m. (ET) to 01:18 p.m. (ET), the Account Settings page in our KMSAT platform was not loading for certain accounts. This was caused by a deployment where the data was not set correctly and caused queries of the Account Settings page to fail. To correct this issue, the deployment was reverted. We are adding additional testing and reviews to our workflow to prevent this type of issue in the future. No data loss occurred as a result of this issue.
